Summer Solstice Special Event
Saturday June 20th
Celebrate the longest day of the year with an afternoon designed to move you gently from sun energy into moon energy.
Start in the Sun, End in the Moon is a 3-hour Summer Solstice experience blending movement, breathwork, tea, meditation, sound healing, and deep rest in an intentionally calm, welcoming space.
We’ll begin in the warmth of the Sun with intention setting, invigorating breath practices, and accessible sun salutations focused on the manipura chakra — the centre of confidence, vitality, and personal power. Expect grounding movement, core connection, and moments of stillness.
We’ll transition into the Moon portion: slower, quieter, and deeply restorative. Participants will create their own Summer Solstice botanical sachet using herbs traditionally connected to midsummer rituals. From there, we’ll settle into meditation in honour of the fire element, restorative postures and sound healing, calming breathwork, guided visualization, and rest.
This experience is designed to feel nourishing and provide space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself at the height of the season. All levels welcome
