Breath of a new beginning
This unique, deeply ancestral experience leads you into an experience of rhythmic drumming. Drumming has long been used during seasonal transitions to help the body release stagnation, reset its inner rhythm, and open space for what comes next. Experience the medicine of the drum which reconnects us to the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
We’ll begin with gentle movement to soften tension, create spaciousness in the body, and prepare you for a deeper state of rest. You will be guided into mindful breathwork practices drawn from the yogic tradition. These pranayama techniques help regulate the nervous system, clear mental fog, steady the mind, and deepen your connection to the body. Enjoy the soft vibration of a crystal singing bowl which offers a subtle vibration to help you integrate and settle into a sense of inner spaciousness.
